My workshops are constantly evaluated to ensure that I am delivering the best content and essentially what businesses require to develop effectively.
Coaching isn't consulting. Its being on your team and helping you an your team find clarity in your journey or challenges. I do this by initially having a "Business Intervention". This allows us time to do a deep dive in to the business together finding the road blocks, opportunities and clarity. I have delivered hundreds of "Interventions" during the pandemic for the Chamber of Commerce and seen businesses struggling to manage turn it around and thrive.
